Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. After processing, shipments are delivered within 7-15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order details.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service at https://nativecov.shop. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted as your order may have already been processed or shipped.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item was sent.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
